Hatha Yoga


A slow-paced class that focuses on basic poses and breathing. Great for beginners who want to build a strong foundation.


Vinyasa Yoga


A flowing, dynamic style where movement is linked with breath. It’s slightly more energetic but still beginner-friendly with modifications.


Yin Yoga

Restorative Yoga

Hi, I’m Coach Annie– Your Beginner Yoga Guide

I help everyday people (just like you!) start their yoga journey with confidence, calm, and clarity. Whether you've never stepped on a yoga mat or you're just getting back into it, I make yoga feel welcoming and accessible.

I’m a certified yoga instructor with a passion for helping beginners build strength, reduce stress, and reconnect with themselves — one breath at a time.

My classes are gentle, judgment-free, and focused on helping you feel better in your body — not perfecting every pose. You’ll leave each session feeling lighter, more grounded, and proud of yourself for showing up.
